Key Skills and Qualifications
The successful Automation and Controls Engineer should possess strong technical expertise, particularly in building automation systems. They should also have excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities
- Work on construction teams, reporting to the BAS Regional Coordinator
- Provide mentoring to junior technicians and supervise their work
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure work quality and maintenance fulfillment
- Build inspection reports and present them to end users

Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Computer/Electrical Engineering
- Over 4 years of related experience in building automation, security, and/or fire
- Valid Driver's License and ability to be insured by Ainsworth Inc.
- Pass Security screening as required by government agencies and clients
