Housekeeping Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Canada Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a facilities management or cleaning services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
