About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Spa Receptionist to join our team at Ritual Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Clients

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the relevant service areas.

Providing Information and Assistance

You will be responsible for providing basic information to clients and the public, as well as obtaining and processing information required to provide customer service.

Scheduling and Confirming Appointments

You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, as well as receiving and issuing payments.

Performing Clerical Duties

You will be responsible for performing various clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.

Answering Telephone and Relaying Messages

You will be responsible for answering the telephone and relaying messages to the relevant staff members.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience
