We are seeking a skilled Bakery Labourer to join our team at Tartistes Tarts Inc. as a key member of our production team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality baked goods, ensuring food safety and handling practices, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, including measuring and dumping ingredients, operating mixing and grinding machines, and packaging finished products.
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials as needed.
  • Ensure food safety and handling practices are followed at all times.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
