About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at DTLR. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving sales efforts and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist with product merchandising, sales, and inventory management to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with shipments, restocking, and pricing to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and respectful work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a dynamic retail environment.
