As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and maintaining a clean and professional sales floor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with merchandise information, location, and recommendations.
  • Accurately process sales transactions for cash, debit, and credit card at point of sale registers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor environment, including displays and merchandise.
  • Confidently and enthusiastically provide general information to customers about the Vancouver Aquarium, Stanley Park, and the city.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-year high volume retail sales experience selling products.
  • 2 years Customer Service Role experience or equivalent.

Working Conditions:

  • Job requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Job requires the ability to bend, lift light objects, and occasionally use low ladders.
  • Job constantly involves listening and reacting to requests for information.

Hourly Wage: $19 per hour
