As a Billings Advisor, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with clients and partners to resolve billing concerns and issues. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to provide top-notch service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a fast-paced environment, resolving billing concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Manage client account billing questions and concerns, including NSF, billing notices, and working on billing processes within company portals.
  3. Contact and build relationships with 3rd party partners, such as carrier companies, to resolve billing issues where appropriate.
  4. Work within a phone queue to resolve client inquiries and provide support.
  5. Manage difficult client interactions, being resilient and adjusting responses appropriately for the situation.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and/or Post-Secondary Education
  • 1 or more years of experience in Customer Service
  • Excellent customer service skills and adept in conflict resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; multi-tasking.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with clients and partners.
