About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Zheng Supermarket Ltd. as a key member of our inventory management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date computerized stock inventory, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and accounted for.
  • Stockroom Operations: Receive, store, and retrieve merchandise in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in locating products, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a physically demanding environment, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, as well as operating a forklift.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, maintain a positive and respectful work environment, and support the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
