About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistant to join our team at H & J Cleaning Corp. As a Cleaning Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Housekeeping: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Supply Distribution: Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Maintenance: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of hygiene.
  • Elevator Maintenance: Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to ensure our guests' belongings are safe.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service.
  • Facilities Information: Provide basic information on facilities to our guests.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Window and Wall Maintenance: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Changing Room and Shower Maintenance: Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Security and Safety
  • Bondable: Must be willing to undergo a background check.
  • Criminal Record Check: Must be willing to undergo a criminal record check.
