About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sweet Palace Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring they meet our culinary standards.
  • Order and manage supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning and inventory control.
Culinary Expertise

We are looking for a specialist with expertise in South Indian and East Indian cuisine, with a passion for creating delicious and authentic dishes.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
