We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Bartle & Gibson. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in helping us make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into business performance
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into our Product Information Management (PIM) environment
- Manage and maintain our Digital Asset Management (DAM) environment, including API, Python, and scripting
- Update and maintain our PIM environment to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information
- Perform data normalization using Excel, Filemaker, and Python to prepare files for injection into our master PIM
- Support marketing analytics projects within our e-commerce platform
- Support ambassadors and training on Optimizely admin console
- Upload customer product lists to our website occasionally
- Perform website release testing and debugging
- Support internal triaging of bugs/issues via ticketing platform
- College diploma in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science, or equivalent education and/or experience
- Experience in cloud server maintenance is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of management information systems, technology integration, and general data workflows/concepts
