Job Title: Intermediate Programmer Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Programmer Analyst to join our in-house, innovation-led team focused on cutting-edge digital health solutions. As a key member of our technology team, you will develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Framework, Oracle, XML, JSON, Junit, and numerous JavaScript libraries.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-grade software using Java and Open Source technologies
  • Participate in requirement analysis, design, and code reviews to ensure high-quality, secure, reliable, and performant solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, quality control analysts, and security experts to deliver outstanding service
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
  • Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Framework, Oracle, XML, JSON, Junit, and numerous JavaScript libraries
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 or more years of experience building enterprise-grade software using Java and Open Source technologies
  • Due to security clearance reasons, you must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident with at least 5 years of residency in Canada
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in business, technology, or a relevant field
  • Strong conceptualization ability, excellent ability to translate abstract ideas into working, high-quality code
  • Highly collaborative and capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment

Security Clearance Requirement

In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will be required to have Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) prior to your start date. This includes fingerprinting, criminal record check, credit check, and you must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years and hold Permanent Resident or Citizenship Status.
