Job Title: Automotive Service Technician - Engine Repair Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at West End Motors (FF) Inc. as an Engine Repair Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units, confirming findings with supervisors, and adjusting or replacing parts and components of automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
  • Estimate parts and labour cost to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
