The Role

We're seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial leader to join our team as a Strategic Director. This individual will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic planning, financial analysis, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of key initiatives, ensuring delivery against forecasted performance objectives
  • Lead through influence, guiding small teams through trust, collaboration, and inspiring action
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes
Requirements
  • A business leader with strong experience building and scaling a business
  • Entrepreneurial DNA, comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business sense
  • Excellent EQ, managing relationships with external partners and internal teams
  • A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in finance, preferably in the tech space
  • Extensive knowledge of FP&A, accounting, and capital management
  • Excellent communication skills, able to develop concise summaries of complex analyses
