Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales goals, following Ecoline Windows' established sales process during in-home consultations
- Own the full sales process, assessing customer needs, presenting product options, and determining the ideal solution for each customer
- Provide exceptional customer support throughout the process of acquiring new windows and doors
- Conduct accurate on-site measurements and quoting, and coordinate product delivery schedules
- Follow up with customers after product installation to ensure satisfaction
- Assist customers in exploring financing options
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Utilize electronic systems and software to efficiently quote products and manage customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with the head office regarding services, schedules, and financial matters
Requirements:
- Regular travel to meet with current and prospective clients, including some evening work
- Sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Personal phone and computer
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Salary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
