About the Role

The Coat Check Attendant is a key member of our front-of-house team, responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Coat Check Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, and your role will be to ensure that they feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the coat check process, ensuring that guests' belongings are secure and easily accessible.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our hotel's amenities, services, and events, and be able to communicate this information to guests.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the front desk and coat check areas.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.
