Your Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Transportation Engineer to join our team. As a Transportation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality transportation projects for our public sector clients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop transportation projects for public sector clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with TAC, OTM, OPSD, OPSS, codes and design standards.
  • Prepare technical documents, specifications, and engineering reports.
  • Manage project costs, schedules, risks, and changes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Licensed P.Eng. (or ability to secure such designations within 6 months).
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in transportation (public or private sectors).
  • Thorough knowledge and work history with OpenRoads and Civil 3D.
  • Solid foundation with road design principles, TAC, OTM, OPSD, OPSS, codes and design standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range for this position is $74,500.00 to $130,400.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across British Columbia, Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, a RRSP plan, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discount.

Additionally, certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.
