Job Title: Lead Sales Floor Associate


About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Lead Sales Floor Associate at Circle K Convenience Store. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving sales growth.


Responsibilities:



  • Serve as a leader on the sales floor, overseeing daily operations and providing guidance to team members.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and coordinate with the store manager to ensure efficient supply chain processes.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities, including operating the point-of-sale system and processing transactions accurately.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:



  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate results.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
