About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at SRS Property Mgmt Corporation. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard and that staff are working safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and recommend these to management.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and assistance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that cleaning services are coordinated and integrated with other facility management activities.
