About the Role
This leadership position will oversee the design and implementation of Metro's Compensation, Benefits, and Retirement programs. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards & HR Technology, you will be responsible for leading a team to drive impactful change and ensure our rewards programs are modern, fair, and future-proof.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the development and execution of company Total Rewards Strategy to align with overall HR strategy and meet business requirements.
- Assisting in the design, launch, and management of the overall compensation and benefits framework.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and senior leadership on compensation, benefits, and pay equity topics.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of compensation design, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. They will also have hands-on experience with HRIS systems and be skilled in using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and deliver insights to senior leaders.
