Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and students, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Coordinate and manage student schedules, staff assignments, and teacher resources to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Develop and implement student learning programs, assessments, and progress tracking to monitor student growth.
  • Collaborate with centre staff, teachers, and parents to ensure seamless communication and effective support.
  • Manage centre operations, including administrative tasks, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in education.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an educational setting, preferably with a focus on student support and academic achievement.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
