About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced individual who can read blueprints, prepare layouts, and build structures to high standards. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in the construction industry and be physically fit to handle heavy loads and work in dusty environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-construction: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements and prepare layouts according to building codes.
  • Construction: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Finishing Touches: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to ensure a high-quality finish.

Requirements:
