Job Title: Construction Roofer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Roofer to join our team at ASCENSION ROOFING LTD.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual to work on various roofing projects, installing and repairing roofs using different materials and techniques. The successful candidate will have strong physical abilities and be comfortable working at heights in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles, and shakes, as well as masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
  • Install sheet metal flashings
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent not required; 2 years' experience in construction roofer role preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to follow instructions
