Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and negotiating sales contracts.
  • Training and Development: Arrange training for staff to enhance their sales skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' progress, provide feedback, and set goals for improvement.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective use of resources and maximize revenue growth.
  • Marketing and Communication: Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure the team has the necessary skills and expertise to meet business needs.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
