Key Responsibilities- Prepare and lay masonry units to build walls, partitions, and other structures
- Lay bricks and stone to provide a veneer facing for buildings
- Construct and install prefabricated masonry units to meet project requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints to calculate materials needed for projects
- Cut and trim masonry units to specification using hand and power tools
- Lay radial bricks to build masonry shells for industrial chimneys
- Work in a physically demanding environment with frequent standing, bending, and lifting
- Work at heights and in confined spaces
- Use personal protective equipment to ensure safety on the job site
- 3-5 years of experience in masonry or a related field
- Permanent employment with a reputable company
- English language proficiency as the primary language of communication
- Ability to work 32 hours per week with a regular schedule
