About the Job

In this role, you will partner with a portfolio of new clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns. You will work in a target-driven environment, where you will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger onboarding team.

As a Campaign Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on your clients' businesses. You will work with a variety of clients, each with their own unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Pitching and impacting assigned customers in accordance with training provided, standards, and policies.
  • Serving as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard, develop, and optimize advertiser's campaigns.
  • Interpreting and developing business plans focused on driving customer goal achievement.
  • Hit productivity, upsell, and customer impact targets.
  • Handling a moderate volume of potential clients on a daily basis through outbound and inbound calls, aligning support with opportunities.
  • Managing daily activities independently and proactively based on customer needs and incentives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree, College degree, or equivalent degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in consultative selling, managing a portfolio of customers, identifying customers/partners needs, focusing on customer goals, results, and client satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
  • A proven track record of target overachievement, strong sales attitude, and desire to meet and overachieve multiple KPIs and Sales Quotas.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads or any Digital Marketing tool, understanding the synergy between different products, how to translate comprehensive marketing strategies into campaigns, and drive successful results.
