Job Title: Manufacturing Systems Engineer

Vuteq Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient manufacturing systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement flexible or integrated manufacturing systems and procedures
  • Analyze costs of production and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and conduct time studies and work simplification programs
  • Conduct studies on the reliability and performance of plant facilities
  • Assess industrial facilities and identify areas for improvement
  • Establish programs and conduct studies to enhance industrial health and safety
  • Develop maintenance standards, schedules, and programs
  • Assess business opportunities and develop strategies for growth
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
