Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at NATH MEAT. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meat products for sale.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
- Cut and trim standard cuts of meat to customer specifications
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Remove bones from meat and grind meats as needed
- Supervise and assist other butchers and meat cutters as required
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
