Job Title: Home Childcare Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring home childcare provider to join our team at Ying Liu. As a home childcare provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a family setting.

About the Job

This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 30-40 hours per week. You will work closely with parents to understand their child's needs and preferences, creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with families. They will also be organized, reliable, and a team player, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality childcare in a family setting
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and games to promote learning and development
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Assist with household chores and light housekeeping duties
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children
