We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Paramjit Singh Malhi Law Corporation. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving and registering documents, entering data according to specified format, verifying accuracy and completeness of data, and storing, updating and maintaining databases.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also be responsible for performing general office duties, creating digital records using a scanner, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and register documents for data entry

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • MS Office skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
