We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group in White Rock, British Columbia. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
- Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
- Registered in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
- 3-5 Years of experience treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting is preferred.
- New Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision.
