Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at ARV Cross Training Fitness Centre Ltd. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
