Job Title: Facilities Operations Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Director to join our team at Black Rose Landscaping Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling construction projects, as well as overseeing the operations of commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Oversee the operations of commercial facilities, including maintenance and repair of equipment and systems.
  • Evaluate the operations of facilities and real estate to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures.
  • Plan and manage the facility's operations budget and oversee the leasing of space in the facility.
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment and resolve product and service-related problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
