About the SAP Internship Experience Program
The SAP Internship Experience Program is a global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
As a software developer intern at SAP, you will be participating in design and development of one or more components of the overall product.
Key responsibilities include developing code in Backend using Java programming language and/or Frontend, using JavaScript, React, and Redux, testing your code by writing unit tests, integration tests, and test automation, and troubleshooting your code to ensure high quality delivery.
What you'll do
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Software Developer
Location: Vancouver, BC
Contract Duration: 8 months
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
- Develop services in the cloud
- Design and develop one or more components of the overall product
- Develop code in Backend using Java programming language and/or Frontend, using JavaScript, React, and Redux
- Test your code by writing unit tests, integration tests, and test automation
- Troubleshoot your code and ensure high quality delivery

- Enrolled in a degree program (BS, MS, PhD) in Computer Science or related major

Meet your team
Our team consists of 10 engineers working on Backend as well as Frontend development. We are based in Newport Beach, CA. We are in office 3 days a week and work remotely 2 days.

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role.
The targeted range for this position is 24-40 CAD.
The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
