Job Title: Systems Security Planner

Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. is seeking a skilled Systems Security Planner to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to identify their security requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Technical Requirements: Document and analyze technical requirements to ensure that our products and services meet business requirements.
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis: Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation and ensure that our solutions are cost-effective.
  • System Design and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Security Strategy: Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Risk Assessment: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Security Policies: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations and provide support to clients as needed.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure that our systems are user-friendly and meet our clients' needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sale to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
