Culinary Specialist

The Curry Pot Indian & Nepalese Cuisine Ltd. is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
