Veeva Vault Safety is a leading cloud-based platform designed to streamline safety reporting and compliance processes. Our mission is to empower users with accurate and timely information, enabling them to make informed decisions.
As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation that meets the needs of our users. This includes:
- Developing detailed user guides, release notes, and other content materials
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and QA engineers
- Ensuring content accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all platforms
- Staying up-to-date with new features, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A strong understanding of pharmacovigilance regulations and practices is also essential.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field
- Post-graduate degree or certificate in technical communications or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
