Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at All Right Trucking 99 Ltd. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and performing minor repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment, including cranes, excavators, and bulldozers
  • Clean and lubricate equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment, including replacing parts and making adjustments
  • Measure distance, volume, length, and weight using various tools and equipment
  • Operate computer-controlled equipment, including GPS systems and onboard computers
  • Complete onboard and other logs to track equipment usage and maintenance
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe operation
  • Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment to stay in touch with team members
Work Environment:

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will work in a variety of locations, including construction sites, warehouses, and other industrial settings. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift heavy equipment and tools.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy equipment and tools
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
