Job Summary

FATEH MERCHANDISING INC. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing fuel sales, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fuel Sales and Service: Refuel vehicles, receive payments from customers, and perform minor property maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain fuel inventory levels, report any discrepancies to management, and perform daily reports of fuel, oil, and accessory sales.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure work environment, adhere to company policies and procedures, and participate in regular safety training and drills.
  • Transportation: Own transportation is required for this role.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Driver's License.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work environment is outdoors, and the work setting is an automotive service station and gas bar.
