About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Gurlal Singh Sidhu. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping as needed.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to our team.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train for the role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
Work Environment

Our clients live in their own homes, and as a Home Support Worker, you will be working in a non-smoking environment.
