Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Web Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Web Application Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with our custom web applications, including internal and public websites, customer portals, and internal work management tools.
  • Operational Support: Provide timely and effective support for problem tickets, enhancements, and service requests.
  • SharePoint Solutions: Design, propose, and implement SharePoint solutions to support business initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in modern web technologies, including.NET, Angular, ReactJS, CSS3, Bootstrap, HTML5, and JavaScript.
  • IT Infrastructure: Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the stability and security of our web applications and infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in web application operations and maintenance.
  • Skills: Proven experience with SharePoint, InfoPath, and SharePoint Designer in an on-premise SharePoint 2019 environment, as well as development experience with modern web technologies.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new applications quickly.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
