Overview

What You'll Do

As a Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You'll serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you'll master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage branch operations, including inventory, fleet, and personnel
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • University bachelor's degree
  • Fluent French language skills
  • Authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship
  • Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past five years
  • Experience or involvement in sales, customer service, leadership, or related fields
