About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at School District #42 (Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Financial Services department, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and other documents to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with staff to resolve financial issues and provide guidance on financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as accounting or business administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make recommendations.
