About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Colleague to join our team at JYSK Canada. As a Sales Colleague, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers, answering their questions and addressing their needs
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked, including replenishing stock and maintaining product presentation
  • Assist with flyer products and pricing changes, as needed

Requirements:

  • High level of energy and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
