Key Responsibilities
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing operational logistics, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, and organize and maintain inventory
