**The Opportunity**

MEDA Engineering and Technical Services, LLC invites applications for a highly respected DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of ICT initiatives and system administration for all facilities.

**Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of ICT systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Lead a high-performing IT team, providing technical support and guidance to employees across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and address technology needs, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive ICT strategies, aligning with business objectives and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective partnerships and collaborations.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT leadership or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position, demonstrating expertise in large-scale ICT operations and team management.
  • Strong technical expertise across a wide range of ICT systems, including ERP/MRP, cloud computing, data management, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing ICT strategies that align with business objectives and yield tangible results.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a history of delivering ICT projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
