Ad Creative Designer

Roveir is a fast-paced marketing agency that partners with leading technology companies to support growth marketing efforts, including creating compelling and impactful ads.

We're seeking an experienced Ad Creative Designer who thrives on creative challenges and can deliver high-quality content for social media platforms, including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and the marketing team to craft captivating ads across multiple platforms.
  • Produce static images, motion graphics, and video content that align with branding, messaging, and campaign goals.
  • Handle the end-to-end process of video editing for Instagram and TikTok reels, incorporating animations and effects to enhance engagement.
  • Develop static ads, motion graphics, and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator).
  • Create Instagram and TikTok reels with dynamic animations, transitions, and effects.
  • Translate client brand guidelines into compelling ad creatives that drive conversions.
  • Collaborate directly with clients, understanding their needs and providing creative solutions.
  • Ensure all creatives are optimized for different platforms (Meta, Instagram, Reddit, X, TikTok, etc.) while maintaining consistent quality and branding.
  • Work closely with the marketing and copywriting teams to ensure alignment on messaging and branding.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, design, and advertising to produce cutting-edge content.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in ad creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for leading companies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator).
  • Strong understanding of branding, copy, and messaging.
  • Experience creating social media ads and short-form content (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills for direct client interaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with a variety of social media platforms and understanding best practices for ad creative across each.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with tech and e-commerce companies.
  • Knowledge of basic 3D animation or other creative software.
