Key Responsibilities- F-35 Program Support: Provide technical expertise and support for the F-35 program, including systems integration, maintenance protocols, and performance optimization.
- Technical Analysis: Conduct detailed technical analyses related to the F-35 and other aerospace projects, including risk assessments and problem-solving for complex engineering challenges.
- Project Management: Manage and oversee aerospace projects from conception through to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to Canadian aerospace industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical reports, regulatory submissions, and project plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and external partners, to ensure successful project execution.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise in aerospace engineering and F-35 systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the aerospace industry, with specific experience related to the F-35 program or similar military aerospace projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of aerospace systems, particularly those related to the F-35 platform; proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Canadian aerospace regulations, including Transport Canada and Department of National Defence standards.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex aerospace projects, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Eligibility: Must have eligible status in Canada.
- Competitive Salary: $90,000 per annum.
- Flexible Work Schedule: 31 hours per week.
