Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hematologist to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a Hematologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with primarily benign and some malignant hematologic disorders in a community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients with hematologic disorders
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct research and contribute to the development of new treatments and therapies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Specialty qualifications in Internal Medicine and Hematology
  • Eligibility for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
  • Certification in Hematology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (preferred)
