We are seeking a skilled Stucco Labourer to join our team at Gladiator. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials from trucks and equipment
  • Transporting materials to designated work sites using hand trucks or other equipment
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt according to specifications
  • Paving and raking asphalt to ensure even surfaces
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials for proper disposal

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, including dusty environments. You must be able to lift heavy materials and tools, and work at heights on scaffolding and ladders.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., construction, laboring)
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
